I had no idea how much money I was actually making or how much money I would owe come April. I felt like it was the one aspect of my business that I didn’t have a grip on. Crunching numbers felt like this mysterious, intimidating, overwhelming task and I had no idea where to begin. While filing my taxes on my own, I literally entered every business expense by hand into Turbotax and I was like….there has to be a better way. I guess empowered would be the best word.
