REASON FOR DENIED REFUNDS
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- Excessive refunds have been requested in general amongst more than one course.
- More than one refund has been requested for the same course.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
**To request a refund you must have completed 100% of the course
You must request a refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase.
Send an email to hello@bastianaccounting.com with the following:
- Your Name
- Subject: Refund (name of course)
- The email address you purchased the course with
- A brief explanation of the reason you would like to be refunded.
We’ll review all refund requests and make sure that the course has been completed before approval.
Upon refund, you will lose all access to the online course.
Upon approval, you will receive your refund back to the payment method used to purchase within 3-5 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed.
